A SKILLS SWAP DESIGNED TO IDENTIFY AND DETERMINE WAYS TO REACH LEA_P’s TARGET AUDIENCE IN RETURN FOR A CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME FOR CONDUCTOR
Small or young businesses will often put off undertaking a piece of work or progressing a business goal because of cost. Conductor and Lea_p identified that they both had a specialist set of skills to offer one another and so, rather than any money changing hands, they embarked upon a skills swap.
‘A marketing strategy tailored to reaching the target market in new and innovative ways’
Conductor led Lea_p in a workshop designed to identify and segment their audience and then facilitated a process whereby compelling key messages for each group were formed. Following this, Conductor researched the competitive landscape to find areas for differentiation and proposed a marketing strategy tailored at reaching the target market in new and innovative ways.
In turn Caitlin and Constance completed Lea_p’s Gauge course, a three-month conscious leadership programme where they challenged their comfort zones, received valuable feedback from 360 assessments and embraced powerful new ideas and methods in positive leadership for ongoing growth and success.
Lea_p and Conductor continue to work together through Constance mentoring Lea_p’s Marketing Exec Stephanie, and on developing and implementing their strategy. Lea_p, in turn, will host a day long team building workshop for Conductor, with the focus on becoming an even more mindful and conscious business.
Lea_p supports the Greater Good by changing attitudes to leadership within business. They believe change begins with the individual and then has a halo effect on the team.
