CHALLENGE

Conductor was brought on board at the early stages of Canary Wharf’s journey into delivering residential as a new asset class. The brief was varied and the challenge was to bring best practice to the marketing function as well as expertise from previous experience.

 

RESPONSE 

We helped to set up and build the residential sales and marketing teams, delivered the marketing, brand and launch strategy for Newfoundland, creating a best practice CRM strategy for all developments and became the guardians and gatekeepers of Wood Wharf’s stakeholder and placemaking strategy.

 

IMPACT

We gave Canary Wharf confidence in and enhanced their plans for their residential offer, ensuring best practice in line with their values and determination to always deliver best-in-class. By bringing together and aligning the many stakeholders and contributors, we helped define the vision and guiding principles for Wood Wharf, ensuring buy in from all involved.
