CHALLENGE

With no internal marketing team, the challenge was to provide a full marketing function for the business including development marketing for South Bank Tower.

RESPONSE 

Conductor provided in-house marketing services for over three years across all CIT residential projects as well as the parent brand. 

For Southbank Tower we repositioned the brand, delivered all day-to-day marketing activity including brand partnerships and events, a cultural programme, site activation, overseas sales and lead generation. We managed the PR agency and we were instrumental in an outstanding event held in the shell of the penthouses. We created a strategy and delivered for four show apartments by leading interior designers including common parts specification and finishing.

 

IMPACT

Consort 24, the brand and service we created for the five-star front of house offer was highlighted in the Telegraph as “probably the best concierge in London”.
