CHALLENGE 

To create a marketing strategy that was innovative and in line with the outstanding product and service being delivered at Park Modern.

RESPONSE 

Acting as Fenton Whelan’s marketing team, and working closely with the agents, Conductor first set out to deliver the marketing strategy covering brand, launch and lead generation. We then delivered the brand identity, marketing assets and cash flowed budgets together with go-to-market plans. In addition, we spent time with our client in New York visiting luxury developments and innovative marketing suites to set Park Modern aside from its competitors.
