UNCOVERING THE BRAND’S UNIFYING IDEA AND DEVELOPMENT OF A MARKETING STRATEGY TO TARGET “GLOBAL CITIZENS” FOR NODE

The Conductor team has been working with node, a co-living brand with its sights set on becoming truly global. In an increasingly competitive market-place, node identified the need to define their unique attributes, in order to stand out from the crowd. The starting point was to find the unifying idea behind node’s business.

‘Uncovering the brand essence and delivering a global marketing strategy’

Through a series of workshops, analysing node’s applicant and resident data and by surveying their database, Conductor was able to pinpoint their brand essence and put together a tactical route to market plan.

With developments already underway in Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Cambridge, Manchester and Dublin and expanding into continental Europe; node required their strategy to contain thoughtful and innovative lead generating campaigns to reach their audience of ‘global citizens’. All the while understanding the nuances of each location and ensuring that the approach appeals both locally and globally.

node is concerned with the Greater Good by ensuring its residents are contributing to their local communities by way of volunteering and Curator facilitated community projects.
