Delivering “mid-market homes for hard working Londoners” and staying true to this ethos has afforded HUB explosive growth over the three years since its inception. Recognising a need to re-position the business and increase market presence, Conductor were brought on board to help define the brand pillars and from this produce a marketing and positioning strategy for the HUB of the future.

The result was an overhaul of the communications and PR strategy, the creation of a successful award entry seeing them win the Property Week Resi Small Developer of the Year in 2016 and a re-invigorated brand identity together with website and new, inventive brand touchpoints.
