CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION, COMPLETIONS AND HANDOVER STRATEGY & IMPLEMENTATION AT LONDONEWCASTLE’S QUEENS PARK PLACE

Londonewcastle brought Conductor on board to devise a strategy for customer communications, completions, handovers and aftercare at Queens Park Place. Conductor successfully orchestrated the handover and move-in of all 116 apartments in the space of just a few weeks, meeting our client’s commercial requirements.

A finely tuned plan was put in place nine months prior to completion

A finely tuned plan was put in place nine months prior to completion and Conductor were mobilised to ensure smooth handovers, move-ins, defect management and ongoing customer care. Conductor were also retained post completion to keep a presence onsite in an aftercare capacity.

Londonewcastle support the Greater Good through their Nomadic Gardens initiative. They deliver unique urban spaces from previously unused sites for local residents to enjoy. Through a collaboration with Brent Council, the gardens in Queenpark will offer locals a chance to see the bees, grow vegetables and experience nature.
